I was born in 1948, and was brought up by my mother, my father and the family dog! Mum and Dad had the dog before they had me, and he regarded his role in life as protection of the home. It was a duty he filled with zest biting the postman, butchers boy, coalman etc.When I arrived, people siad that the dog would be jealous of me, and had better be put down, a bit like the legendary hound Gelert in Beddgelert.

Like Gelert, our pooch, Prince, decided his new role was to protect me, and that included warning mum if she spoke to me in a way he deemed inappropriate.Kids often are afraid of things that Go Bump in the Night . They never worried me, as I knew that anything that was stupid enought to do that would not wish to tangle with my own private wolf.

It was very reassuring and i can recommend it to any babies who are reading this bio.School,and university ensued, followed by work, but what was interesting about the latter is confidential, and the rest is boring.Gradually, I realised that what I liked doing most of all was writing. It started as a schooldays dream when I was 15 and I decided i wanted to be an author.

It tiik thirteen years to realise that dream, and today I have 26 published paper books and three Lidiya Petrova series e-novels on Amazon.
